Outcomes and Goals is divided into three main sections within Webcare:

  • Goals: an organisation can create a ‘Goals’ profile for a client, based on this profile they can identify different Goals to achieve

  • Progress Notes: Support Staff can enter daily progress notes and identify if any goals/milestones are reached

  • Outcomes: Managers can review the status of each goal

Next of Kin are invited into the monitoring, driving Webcares inclusive approach to tracking a persons journey, whilst managing risk, minimising incidents and optimising outcomes.
