Reports can be customised by simply dragging-and dropping the required fields from the Column Chooser. Create ad-hoc reports in-house without the need for technical knowledge of the backend database!

Customise Reports

Custom forms are fully reportable and printable. You are able to export these forms to Excel or PDF.
Webcare has ‘drag and drop’ functionality to easily add more columns to your report to either add or remove specific information. Once you have a report you are happy with and will use on a regular basis. You can save this layout for future use.

Export to Payroll

Webcare records payroll information including wage charts which can be used to generate reports and exported for payroll systems. Organisations have the flexibility to use predefined reports developed by Webcare for invoicing, payroll, and auditing requirements. Webcare currently exports data to MYOB, Xero, IMS, Medibank, ACC E-Filling, ACE Payroll, iPayroll, PayGlobal, People Inc, etc.

Health & Safety

Track and manage incidents and health & safety with confidence using Webcare. Webcare has developed an Incident Management System which can be specifically customised as per an organisation’s specific requirements. We have created several preset reports for incident reporting, PRN administration and Infection control. The Incident search also supports free text notes to search based on certain keywords.

Budget Reports

Make sure that you are always delivering services within funding budgets. Within Webcare you are able to setup funding for clients, listing supports and budgets available for the services they participate in. Track budgets, expenditure, utilisation and balances with detailed statements and reports. Receive warnings and alerts when clients are running low on funds to ensure that you always get paid for the services you deliver.
