Our Story.

Webcare Limited is a New Zealand-based software provider offering a purpose-built cloud-based Client Management System (CMS) to support providers in the health, wellbeing, and disability sector. Webcare was formed in 2005 to deliver an easy-to-use client and staff management system offering flexible reporting, incident management, scheduling, rostering, document management systems, and much more.

We have 15+ years of experience in successfully implementing Webcare CMS to over 60 service providers with 20,000+ users in New Zealand and Australia. We work very closely with service providers from different sectors to understand their requirements and the contractual and regulatory requirements needed to support People and their Whānau.

We have a proven New Zealand and Australian presence and understand the needs of our disability sector, including visions and principles of Choices in Community Living, Enabling Good Lives, and the NDIS Outcomes Framework. Our services are purpose-built to provide efficiencies in workflows and reporting transparency for auditing to different Ministries including Whaikaha, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Social Development, Ministry for Children (Oranga Tamariki), ACC, District Health Board, Private care, and NDIS/NDIA.

Our Vision.

Webcare is built on the key philosophy of developing a single, fully integrated, person-centric system to record every aspect of a person’s journey. We aimed to build a system that is secure, easy to use and intuitive, and able to be used by staff with different IT skill sets. We also developed Webcare to be configurable and customisable to help organisations in delivering their support services for people you support and their whānau and providing tools to manage staff and facilities.

The Health & Disability Support sector is changing, and our vision is to build a community of Support Providers who work with us and each other to provide services. In Webcare, we thrive on constantly working on new ideas and adapting our services to cater for new requirements. These requirements come from feedback from our organisations, any changes in Ministry-based services or new trends in technologies that will eventually benefit our end-users.

Webcare has strong ties with the NZ Disability Support Network (NZDSN) and has been sponsoring its Most Innovative Technology awards for the past seven years. Webcare is also a Gold Partner of NDIS Support Network, and we regularly attend their national conferences to understand the requirements of our Australian sector. Webcare has also invested heavily in our community with funding grants and subsidies towards the setup of Webcare services.

With Webcare you get more than just a software provider, we are a team passionately invested in the health and disability sector, the power of over 60 Service Providers working together, and a long-term business partnership with an innovative company wanting to make a difference for your organisation and the People you support.
